We reserve the right to cancel classes due to under-enrollment or extenuating circumstances; in such an event any students registered will be offered their choice of enrolling in another offering of the class, or a refund.
If you are feeling unwell or sick, please do not bring your illness to class! We would be happy to reschedule your class or private lesson, but we must know in advance, as much as possible. You can e-mail your instructor, or the shop at email@example.com to let us know (please e-mail rather than phoning, even at the last minute).
If you have registered for a multi-session class and will miss one or more of the parts due to illness or other reasons, please let us know. We will offer you a make-up class during the next session of that class or the teacher will prepare extra materials for you (if possible), but you must let us know as soon as possible.
In the event a class is cancelled due to weather or instructor illness, we will work with all the students of the class to find a time to reschedule the class.
CANCELLING YOUR REGISTRATION: In the event you must cancel your registration for a class or private lesson, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations must be done at least 72 hours before the start of class to receive a refund. Cancellations within this time will receive a credit on their account for half the class amount. Students who do not show up for class will not receive a refund for their class registration. We strive for small class sizes so each student gets the most out of every class. This means classes frequently sell out and are waitlisted. This policy allows us to fairly compensate our teachers for their time, and also that students on the waitlist are offered the opportunity to join a class. However, we do understand that life can be busy and unpredictable. We will always be happy to work on a solution with you, but we must have sufficient notice to do so.
